When your order ships, we will send an email listing the tracking number on the order.
Once your machine has reached the destination terminal they will call the phone number provided to schedule a delivery date and time. An adult must be present at delivery.
If the arcade machine is damaged, refuse the shipment and let us know. By signing, you release the carrier from liability.
A loss or damage claim made after signing can take up to 120 days to process and may be denied at the carrier’s discretion.

Prior to starting a repair, an evaluation of requirements will be done and an estimate provided so you will know up front the expected price range. We may be able to provide a rough estimate if you can provide photos and a good explanation of the problem. The better the quality of your pictures and the more details you can provide then the more accurate the “ballpark” figure will be.

In addition to repair and restoration services we can assist you in duplicating your EPROMS including bipolar PROMS and PAL’s. We give you the option of including the EPROM, PROM with your master or we will locate the correct device for you. In some cases older PROMS are near impossible to locate. In cases such as this we will return all items sent.
